PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION BEFORE ORDERING - WE DO NOT OFFER IMAGE EDITING SERVICES - THE QUALITY OF YOUR IMAGE AND ARRANGEMENT IF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

IMPORTANT: To maintain the best quality, please keep your files within a maximum size of 22x250 inches. Larger files may result in resolution or quality issues. For orders exceeding this size, you can upload multiple files.

Individual transfer TAT & Image Guidelines

    •    Turnaround Time: individual transfers may take up to  7-14 business days to process.

Depending on production, they may arrive pre-cut or rolled into a gang sheet, requiring you to cut them apart.

    •    Pressing Instructions:

    •    325°F, heavy pressure, 10-15 seconds, hot peel.

    •    Second press (recommended): 10 seconds with Teflon or parchment paper.

    •    Final Sale Policy: All sales are final.

Image Quality & Upload Requirements

Your image quality is your responsibility—we print exactly what you upload. If your file is blurry or stretched, it will still be printed that way.

Before submitting, ensure your images are:

✔️ 300 DPI recommended (higher quality = better print)

✔️ PNG format with a transparent background

✔️ Not mirrored or reversed

✔️ No neon, fluorescent, or highlighter colors

✔️ Properly sized—no overlapping or images off the page

We review gang sheets on a small screen and cannot detect pixelation until printed. Enlarging a small image (e.g., 2” to 15”) will reduce quality and cause blurriness.

Order Cancellation Policy

If your image does not meet requirements, your order will be subject to being canceled and issued store credit to resubmit. This solely depends on if our team catches the poor image quality before printing

DPI & File Quality Tips

    •    Online DPI converters may reduce your image size—always double-check before uploading.

    •    When using third-party design platforms (Canva, Procreate, Illustrator, Photoshop), save at the highest quality and resolution.

    •    In Canva, slide the quality bar all the way to the right before saving as a transparent PNG.

    •    A clear, crisp 96 DPI image is better than a poorly converted 300 DPI file that appears hazy.

Double-check your files before submitting—quality control is your responsibility! We only cancel and issue store credit for re-orders IF the team catches the mistake beforehand.
